Programs

This is a 12 week beginner course for adults, families, and kids who’ve always wanted to play guitar but never knew where to start. Students will learn simple chords, strumming patterns, rhythm basics, and a few familiar songs in a relaxed, supportive group setting. The pace is slow, steady, and beginner-friendly, with weekly practice materials to help everyone grow between sessions. No prior musical experience is needed, just bring a 6-string guitar in any condition and a willingness to learn. Lessons will be taught at the Oakland - Cambridge Presbyterian Church. Children 12 & under must be accompanied by an adult.
