Programs

Cambridge CAP participates in an ASA-sanctioned Windmill Girls’ Fast Pitch League, with players placed into divisions based on their grade level. All CAP softball levels are traveling leagues, with games played both at home and away, and parent transportation required. Uniform tops are provided, while players supply their own black pants, socks and belts. Practice schedules vary by coach, and families will be updated with their first meeting date via the SportsYou app. Minimum 10 players per team. Grade level is based off of the 2025-26 school year.

The focus at this level will be on learning the fundamentals of softball, without the stress of a live pitcher. Games will be played on Wednesday evenings.
