Programs

Cambridge CAP participates in an ASA-sanctioned Windmill Girls’ Fast Pitch League, with players placed into divisions based on their age as of September 1, 2025. All CAP softball levels are traveling leagues, with games played both at home and away, and parent transportation required. Uniform tops are provided, while players supply their own black pants, socks and belts. Practice schedules vary by coach, and families will be updated with their first meeting date via the SportsYou app. Minimum 10 players per team. Grade level is based off of the 2025-26 school year.

The U14 program takes players to the next level, sharpening skills and fundamentals in a competitive, high-energy environment. Designed to prepare athletes for the pace and expectations of high school softball, this level emphasizes commitment, accountability, and growth. Players are expected to attend all practices and games, with playing time earned through skill development, effort, and attendance. Teams compete in Thursday evening doubleheaders at both home and away fields.
