Programs

Cambridge CAP participates in an ASA-sanctioned Windmill Girls’ Fast Pitch League, with players placed into divisions based on their grades. All CAP softball levels are traveling leagues, with games played both at home and away, and parent transportation required. Uniform tops are provided, while players supply their own black pants, socks and belts. Practice schedules vary by coach, and families will be updated with their first meeting date via the SportsYou app. Minimum 10 players per team. Grade level is based off of the 2025-26 school year.

U12 steps up the game with more advanced skills and strategies, helping players get ready for the transition to U14. Tuesday doubleheaders mean more reps, more competition, and more time on the field at both home and away games.
